Everything You Need to Know Before You Start
Open any question to see its answer. These answers are general — your organization's specifics are discussed during the project study.
What is Rifad, and who is it for?
Rifad is an integrated hospital and healthcare management system (HIS/ERP) developed by the Albaramej One unified platform. It brings the clinical, administrative and financial sides of a healthcare organization — from patient registration, clinics, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy to inventory, finance and HR — into one connected platform. It suits hospitals, medical centers, specialized clinics and medical complexes of different sizes.
Does Rifad support both Arabic and English?
Yes. Rifad's interfaces are fully bilingual, with native right-to-left support in Arabic. Each user works in the language they prefer, and screens and reports follow the language in use.
Can we enable only specific modules?
Yes. Rifad is built as connected modules sharing a single database. You can start with the modules your organization needs today — such as clinics, laboratory and finance — and add others later, without rebuilding the system or re-entering your data.
How does integration with medical devices work?
Rifad supports integration with compatible medical devices and systems through common standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and ASTM, as well as APIs. The final integration scope depends on the device type, its available interfaces and the project scope — our team defines the details during the requirements study.
Does the system support multi-branch organizations?
Yes. Rifad runs several branches within one system, with reports and indicators at the level of a single branch or the whole organization, and permissions and working policies configured per branch.
How are permissions and data security managed?
Access in Rifad is role-based: each user sees only the screens and data related to their role. The system also provides an audit trail of operations, plus session-management and backup tools — and these policies can be configured to match your organization's policies and the requirements adopted in the project.
We have an existing system — can our data be migrated to Rifad?
Data migration is possible in many cases and is assessed within each project's scope, since it depends on the current data's format, quality and source. During the requirements study we review your data and propose the most suitable plan: a full migration, a partial one, or a fresh start with new records.
What about training and technical support?
Every project includes a training plan for staff by role — reception, physicians, laboratory, finance and others — plus post-go-live technical support through direct channels. Support levels and details are defined in the project agreement.
How do I get pricing?
Cost depends on your organization's size, the number of branches, the modules required and the scope of device and system integration — which is why we don't publish flat prices. Contact us or request a demo and we'll prepare a detailed quote that fits your organization's needs.
Does Rifad run in the browser?
Yes. Rifad runs in a web browser on desktops and tablets, with no software to install on each device. The most suitable hosting and deployment options for your organization are discussed during the project study.
How do I request a demo?
Fill in the demo request form on this website, or message us directly via WhatsApp or email. Our team will arrange a live session to walk through the modules closest to your organization's needs and answer your team's questions.
Who develops Rifad?
Rifad is one of the solutions of Albaramej One, a unified platform specialized in building connected business systems. The platform develops and continuously updates the system, and provides configuration, integration and support services for healthcare organizations.
Final integration scope depends on the device type, its interfaces, and the technical infrastructure available in the project.
